The goals of Camp Jaycee
are centered around developing social skills, improving
self esteem, increasing confidence, learning in a fun
environment, developing physical fitness, and
establishing meaningful relationships with new friends.
These goals are carried out by a staff of over 90. This staff is carefully selected to insure the utmost in
safety and growth for our special campers.
Camp Jaycee is about
people. A special group of people comprised of our very
special campers, and a caring, dedicated and unique
staff. With this special combination, Camp Jaycee is
able to serve over 500 campers each summer, ranging in
age from seven to over eighty years old. Camp Jaycee
serves individuals with a wide array of developmental
disabilities who would otherwise remain unserved.
